Right to withdraw from the purchase contract 

You are entitled to withdraw from this purchase contract without providing a reason within the period of 14 days from receiving the goods. The contract withdrawal period expires 14 days following the day you receive the goods. The withdrawal period from the purchase contract shall be preserved if you send the notice of the exercise of the right to withdraw from the purchase contract before the purchase contract withdrawal deadline. 

Upon withdrawing from the contract, ByWolfi shall refund to the consumer all payments for the goods made in connection with concluding the contract. The funds shall be returned to the consumer without undue delay, however no later than 14 days following the date, on which ByWolfi receives the contract withdrawal notice. The payment shall be made by transferring the funds to the bank account specified in this contract withdrawal notice and without charging any additional fees. ByWolfi would like to inform the consumer that ByWolfi is not required to refund the consumer before the goods are delivered back to ByWolfi. 

The costs of returning the goods shall be borne by the customer. 

In the event of withdrawing from the contract, the customer shall be responsible under the law for any loss in the value of goods that occurs between the moment the goods are delivered to the customer and the moment the goods are returned. Where the consumer returns to the seller the goods in a used or damaged/incomplete condition or where the value of the applicable goods is reduced as a result of handling the goods beyond the scope necessary to determine the properties and functionality of the goods, the seller shall be entitled to receive damage compensation from the customer equaling the costs of repairing and restoring the goods to their original condition, respectively the seller shall be entitled to demand from the customer the compensation for the reduced value of the goods.
